Jeff Tulett, DMD
After receiving his Bachelor of Science in cellular biology with a minor in chemistry, Dr. Tulett earned his DDS at the Western University of Health Sciences in 2013. He has been practicing in the Hardin, Montana, area since 2013. He is constantly reading and taking continuing education courses to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing field of dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association® and the Montana Dental Association. Dr. Tulett believes that being honest and having integrity are important above everything else. He tries to connect with his patients while providing honest, quality care. He also works to educate his patients and improve their overall oral health.
Dr. Tulett lived in Buena Aires, Argentina, for two years while serving a mission for his church. He has been married to his beautiful wife since 2002, and they have three children, Audrey, Blake and Jack. He enjoys spending time with his family and supporting them. He also looks forward to wakeboarding and spending time on the water. His love of the outdoors extends to hiking, camping and fishing.

Carrie Colberg, RDH
After graduating hygiene school with honors, Carrie joined our team back in 2014, and we are glad to have someone so dedicated and enthusiastic about her craft! Carrie takes pride in our work and our patients, and for her, they are the absolute best part of our job.
When she is out of the office, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and her daughter, Olivia, as well as golfing, hunting and fishing.
Bailee Stovall, RDH
Bailee joined our team in 2013 . She attended school in Sheridan, Wyoming, on a rodeo scholarship for the first two years. She graduated with her Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Wyoming. She tries to connect with every patient on a personal note to make them feel more comfortable at the dentist’s office. The people she works with have become like family to her and she loves the fact that everyone is willing to help out and pitch in wherever they are needed.
Bailee married her husband, Travis, in 2010 and they have three kids, Coy, Adley and Daxton. They purchased a place in Sheridan, where they like to rope and run barrels as a family. They also have an arena for roping steers at home where they like to practice and train horses. Bailee and her family spend their summers travelling to various events and rodeos. The kids compete on Tuesday nights at kids’ rodeos and are also involved in baseball, dance and Taekwondo.
